Since 2002 Jon has helped clients buy and sell over 500 properties valued at over $1BB. He previously worked at Keller Williams Commercial, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Re/Max Commercial. Jon is a top-producing agent and was the #3 Agent in the United States in 2006. He’s earned numerous awards for performance including the Diamond Award for annual commissions earned in excess of $1MM.

Since 2006 Jon has been an instructor at UCLA Extension where he teaches a course titled Real Estate Investment Analysis, which is designed to help students/investors navigate the investment real estate landscape and learn to invest with confidence. His book and real estate investment program, titled There’s No Free Lunch in Real Estate, is a how-to guide for investors.
Jon has overseen the rehab of 1,000+ units since 2015.

He’s spoken at many groups and conferences around the country including the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has also done a lot of national training for Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker and The Agency.
He has bought and sold over 50 properties for his own portfolio and currently owns real estate in Southern California which generates a six-figure annual passive income stream. He holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and a B.S. in engineering from Northwestern.
